Knowledge base is the in-platform one-stop shop for guidance and training to help intranet managers and users alike to get the most out of Oak. We have a broad range of resources such as how-to guides, videos and extensive FAQS covering the most commonly raised queries, with clear, actionable answers. Our knowledge base also has a search function so you can swiftly find what you need.
We regularly run masterclasses for our customers, which are then hosted on the knowledge base for intranet managers and internal comms employees to refer back to, whether they need to catch up or refresh their memory. This can be particularly helpful as a walk-through when running reports or setting up new content areas.
