Building an engaging employee experience
It’s one thing to have an enticing job ad that draws in top talent, but how do you continue to engage and support them to thrive in their role?
Oak Engage has launched its Mental Health in the Workplace survey and will be donating £1 for every response to partner charity, If U Care Share.
The survey will run from Wednesday 15th June asking YOU questions on various aspects of wellbeing at work and will form Oak Engage’s Mental Health in the Workplace Report.
If U Care Share provide vital mental health support, offering suicide prevention and intervention services across the UK, with Oak Engage announcing the partnership in a recent press release.
Matthew Smith, Co-Founder and Chief Operating Officer at If U Care Share, said: “We’re delighted to be working with Oak Engage on the Mental Health in the Workplace Report.
“So many aspects of our jobs can impact our mental health directly, so it is really important to understand the key drivers of this and to have honest, open conversations between employees and employers.”
The report follows Oak Engage’s Future of Working Report: The Big Rethink, published in April 2022, which found that nearly a third of business leaders believe mental health has impacted someone leaving their business.
The Mental Health in the Workplace Report will discuss all facets of mental wellbeing work through this anonymous survey, as well as contributions from industry experts such as author Matt Heller and work life balance speaker, Joe Robinson.
