If you haven’t heard the great news, the Institute of Internal Comms have revealed the shortlist for their 2022 IoIC Awards and we’ve made the cut.
We’ve been nominated in the Best Intranet category with NatWest Group and are up against the likes of Northumbrian Water, GMI Construction Group and World Animal Protection.
The IoIC recognises internal communication of the highest standards and champions the impact that internal communication has on organisations, society and people at work. They celebrate the best of the work communication professionals do every day.
We understand the struggles internal comms professionals have to deal with every day and we want to combat these issues head on. It’s harder than ever trying to engage employees and focus on their wellbeing. Whilst also navigating new ways of working such as hybrid working, addressing burnout, and preparing for the Great Resignation, it makes communicating with your business a huge challenge. This can mean publishing content on several channels and platforms, causing confusion and frustration. We remove this stress.
We transformed NatWest’s digital employee experience with the launch of our state of the art technology, adaptive intelligence. It’s unlike other solutions and uses algorithms that intelligently manages delivery across all channels, reducing noise and creating a personalised news experience. We also provide best in class reporting and in-depth analytics to measure success. Find out more about adaptive intelligence here.
It’s a privilege to have our work recognised amongst the best and it’s a credit to the hard work and determination of the people at Oak and our amazing product. There is so much more to come from Oak Engage in the coming months and years.
Check out the full shortlist here. The ceremony will take place on the 23rd September, wish us luck!
Thanks,
Will
