We’re Oak Engage. Launched in 2017, it’s our mission to make communication simple. We believe there is a better way to use technology to engage employees, cut through the noise and inspire action that puts people at the heart of organisations.
Oak Engage launched in 2017 with initial investment from Maven. This allowed us to roll-out our product, invest in and enhance its capabilities and expand our growing team of experts. Our impressive customer list meant we were already trusted by the likes of Aldi, Halfords and ITV.
In 2019, a new leadership team joined Oak and we opened our new HQ in the heart of Newcastle. We provided a lifeline to businesses during the pandemic, including Five Guys, Miller Homes and Pizza Express. All throughout our journey, our mindset has been the same, putting people at the heart of organisations.
Continuing our strong growth, we announced our latest fundraising round with the completion of a series A investment. We also doubled in size, creating over 50 jobs in total in our home in the North East. We officially partnered with big brands, NatWest and Sevita and we finished the year off in style - being crowned Best Intranet at the Institute of Internal Communication Awards.
Oak Engage’s transformational approach is going from strength to strength and we continue to partner with some of the biggest brands including Burger King, ScS and Pluralsight. We’ve been recognised as ClearBox intranet choice winner and leading product, securing our place as a leader in the industry. We’ve also upgraded our home in the heart of Newcastle. We will continue to invest in growth, our technology and in our product, this is just the beginning.
